Demented Expressions

I was recommended to JDL services via an internet colleague. My computer was a total clutter and I had no idea how to do anything about it. The simple symptoms of slow and sluggish and always freezing were driving me insane. I knew I never needed a new computer and all I needed was some professional guidance. I was reluctant to leave my computer in the hands of a stranger and take it down to the local PC shop, as I knew I would still not get the answers I required. Lucky enough with today’s technologies it was easier than I thought.

Through voice and remote assistance, JDL Services managed to bring my computer up to scratch and it is in excellent running order. Mr Lavis provided me with a very composed and uncomplaining manner. He was meticulous with his work and always asked me if I understood what was happening as the job progressed.

I have several computers in the house, so again I relied on JDL Services to network my home computers for file sharing and printer sharing. The service was completed in the blink of an eye.

I was very satisfied with the level of provision and now only use JDL Services every so often for a quick maintenance, but the preliminary maintenance program and networking program was spot on. The fact that they never turned me away because I wasn’t maybe a big enough client is enough to keep me going back.

I like the fact that this company is just an email away and that if I have any problems they are dealt with as if I was a VIP customer and not just another name. I without doubt recommend these services to anyone.
