The date picker to the right of the date of birth section can be found by hitting the little button with the 3 DOTS on it. This will bring up a datepicker for you to use to enter your date of birth.

If the datepicker is not displaying the correct YEAR then click and hold the button with the little double arrows on them (Underneath the ? and the X)and a drop down box will appear giving you a selection of years to choose from.
